SOCIAL 6 TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
Owner / Operator: Lori Rudiger Enterprises, Sacramento, California, USA ("Social 6," "we," "us," or "our").
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BETA TESTERS
If you are participating in the Social 6 Beta Testing Program, additional terms apply, including a complimentary Lifetime Standard Membership while your account remains in good standing and special discount benefits. These appear in Appendix A – Social 6 Beta Testing Program Addendum, which is incorporated into these Terms. By enrolling in the Beta Testing Program, you agree to that Addendum.
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Social 6 website, mobile application, communications, or related services, collectively the "Platform," you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and, if applicable, Appendix A – Social 6 Beta Testing Program Addendum.
If there is a conflict:
- The Beta Addendum governs for Beta Participants.
- Otherwise, these Terms govern.
2. Eligibility & Access to Services
To use Social 6, you must:
- Be an individual human, not a business, organization, bot, or automated agent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be acting in a personal and non-commercial capacity.
- Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Not be legally prohibited from using services like Social 6.
- Not have been convicted of a violent or sexual offense unless legally pardoned or cleared.
- Not currently be banned from Social 6 unless reinstated in writing.
We reserve the right to request reasonable verification of eligibility where safety or compliance concerns arise.
3. Description of Services
Social 6 connects individuals in curated small groups, typically six participants when reasonably possible, to attend local, in-person events and experiences.
Social 6 facilitates introductions and group coordination only. We are not the organizer, owner, operator, insurer, or controller of third-party venues, vendors, or independent event hosts unless expressly stated in writing for a specific Social 6-hosted event.
We aim to foster meaningful social interactions; however, we do not guarantee:
- Specific age or gender ratios
- Personal compatibility
- That all group members are new to you
- Venue quality or third-party performance
- That every event group will reach a specific number of attendees
4. Account Registration & Security
You may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Update information as needed
- Maintain account credential security
- Not share login credentials
- Not create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Not impersonate another individual
You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us of suspected compromise.
5. Event Registration, Selection & Member Cancelations
Members may select two (2) events per four-week subscription cycle.
Event selection windows may vary. Event meet points are confirmed once group matching and logistics are finalized. Social 6 may adjust groups, venues, dates, or event options for safety, member experience, operational, or logistical reasons.
Because Social 6 events are built around small groups, each confirmed spot affects the rest of the group. Member cancelations, late cancelations, and no-shows may affect other members' experience and may be subject to the rules below.
5.1 Canceling More Than 72 Hours Before an Event
If you cancel a confirmed event more than seventy-two (72) hours before the event start time, Social 6 may provide another event option for that same four-week cycle, subject to availability and operational feasibility.
Members are allowed up to two (2) event cancelations per four-week cycle. After two cancelations in the same four-week cycle, Social 6 may decline to provide additional replacement event options until the next cycle begins.
5.2 Canceling Within 72 Hours of an Event
If you cancel within seventy-two (72) hours of the event start time, you will not receive a replacement event for that four-week cycle.
This rule exists because late cancelations make it harder to refill a spot and may affect the experience for the rest of the group.
5.3 Canceling Within 48 Hours of an Event
Canceling within forty-eight (48) hours of the event start time may count as a late-cancelation strike.
Late-cancelation strikes are tracked because canceling this close to the event can significantly affect the group and may prevent another member from taking the spot.
5.4 No-Shows
If you do not attend a confirmed event and did not cancel in advance, this may count as a no-show strike.
No-shows affect the entire group experience and are taken seriously by Social 6.
5.5 Strike Policy
A member may receive a strike for:
- Canceling within forty-eight (48) hours of a confirmed event
- Not showing up for a confirmed event
- Other serious event participation issues, as determined by Social 6
If a member receives three (3) strikes within a two-month period, Social 6 may suspend or close the member's account.
5.6 No Guaranteed Replacement
Replacement event options are not guaranteed and may depend on availability, timing, group formation, safety, operational feasibility, and other factors determined by Social 6.
6. Participation Guidelines & Guest Policy
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Events are for individual participation only.
- No guests, friends, dates, family members, or other non-members may attend with you unless Social 6 expressly allows it for that specific event.
- You are responsible for your own expenses.
- You are solely responsible for assessing your health, safety, and suitability for participation.
- Alcohol consumption is voluntary and at your own risk.
- We do not guarantee event conditions, accessibility, parking, weather, attendance levels, or venue accommodations.
6.1 No Non-Member Guests
Social 6 events are for confirmed Social 6 members only. Bringing a non-member without approval is considered a serious violation because it changes the group dynamic and may create an unfair or uncomfortable experience for other members.
- A first violation of the non-member guest policy may result in suspension.
- A second violation of the non-member guest policy may result in account closure.
7. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe or our designated payment processor.
Each subscription cycle lasts four (4) weeks and automatically renews unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the subscription rate in effect at the time of billing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings within the Platform.
Cancellation:
- Stops future recurring charges
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- Does not result in a refund for the current cycle except where required by law
You will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the remainder of your paid billing period unless your account is separately suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically delete your personal information. Data handling, retention, and deletion rights are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful, access to certain features of the Platform may be paused.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for prolonged nonpayment.
All charges are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
8. Event Cancellations & Force Majeure
Events may change due to weather, safety concerns, venue changes, group turnout, third-party changes, or other operational reasons.
If Social 6 cancels an event selection, cancels a group, or determines that turnout is too low, Social 6 may offer alternate selection, replacement options, credit, or another remedy at our discretion.
If a member cancels their own confirmed event, the member cancelation rules in Section 5 apply.
Social 6 is not liable for delays, cancelations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Platform Use; Off-Platform Gatherings
All official selections and communications must occur within the Platform or through official Social 6 communication channels.
Social 6 does not manage, supervise, verify, or endorse independently arranged gatherings, side meetups, private plans, or off-platform communications between members.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- You assume all risks inherent in attending in-person events.
- Social 6 is not liable for injuries, disputes, or damages.
- Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- Social 6 has no liability for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Social 6 from claims arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Event participation
- Violations of these Terms
- Violations of the Code of Conduct
- Bringing or attempting to bring an unauthorized guest or non-member to a Social 6 event
12. Code of Conduct; Suspension & Account Closure
You must follow the Code of Conduct at all times.
Failure to follow the Code of Conduct or these Terms may result in warnings, loss of event access, suspension, account closure, or other action determined by Social 6.
Social 6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the Code of Conduct, independent of subscription status.
Social 6 may suspend or close an account for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Repeated late cancelations
- No-shows
- Three (3) strikes within a two-month period
- Bringing or attempting to bring a non-member to a Social 6 event
- More than two (2) Social 6 suspensions
- Unsafe, disruptive, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct
- Attempts to evade restrictions, create duplicate accounts, or misuse the Platform
If a member receives more than two (2) Social 6 suspensions, Social 6 may close the member's account.
13. Non-Discrimination
We do not discriminate based on protected characteristics under applicable law.
Members must also avoid discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or exclusionary behavior toward other members, Social 6 representatives, venues, vendors, or third parties.
14. Disclaimer
Social 6 is a social experience platform, not a dating, counseling, therapeutic, medical, safety, transportation, or emergency service.
- We do not perform background checks.
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
15. Intellectual Property
All Platform content is owned by Social 6 or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit Social 6 content, branding, systems, communications, event structures, or Platform materials without written permission.

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
